If there are 4 people on your reservation, only 4 people should be inside the apartment. If you are planning to have guests, please contact us to let us know as we need to let the association know how guests are inside this unit. If neighbors report extra guests to us, you may be asked to leave without a refund for nights not stayed. NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND. Please respect the neighbors, and do not make significant noise or play loud music after 10pm. If a guest loses a front door key during their stay there is $125 fee & Garage fob $200 fee. Do not take any house any Glasses, Plates or utensils out of the house. Do not use Bath or Hand towels for wiping make-up. SOFA: Please do not sit on Sofa or Living-room Chair without clothing or shirtless. The Sofa is a pull out so please do not sleep on top of the cushions.
