WE MUST BE NOTIFIED – please clean up after them and keep them off the furniture when possible. • No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the property, including all interior spaces and covered areas. • Strictly no events, NO PARTIES, or large gatherings are permitted. • Children and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome. Please supervise them at all times, especially in potentially dangerous areas. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM (22:00) to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times, both indoors and outdoors. • Only guests included in your reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please notify us in advance if you would like to request approval for any additional guests. • Please treat the home with respect and care. If you spill, break, or damage something, let us know right away so we can address it for you and future guests. • Communication is key—if anything in the home needs attention, don't hesitate to reach out so we can make your stay as comfortable as possible. • Upon departure, please ensure all rubbish is disposed of in the appropriate bins and the home is left tidy. • Please be considerate of our home as you would your own and help us maintain a welcoming space for all future guests.
