All beds are furnished with 100% Egyptian Cotton bedding and room-darkening shades. Private Balcony: Equipped with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying vibrant city views day and night. Convenience: In-unit washer and dryer, beach chairs, a cooler, and board games. Additional Sleeping: A queen sofa bed is available for extra guests. When checking in and wanting to use the AC, please put the setting to auto and not running. “Auto” will cool the unit and shut off and on when needed. Running the thermostat on “ON” will waste electricity and cause sky high utility bills. When checking out please shut OFF the AC. Also do not leave windows and doors open for any extended period of time while AC is running. If so $200 surcharge will be applied. SMOKING: $350 AUTOMATIC FINE TAKEN FROM SECURITY DEPOSIT. Please don’t smoke on the balcony, In the unit or in the hallway. The apartment is a smoke free apartment, NO MARIJUANA or CIGARETTES Smoking is allowed. Smell of any type of smoke inside the unit with result in a reduction of your security deposit. EXTRA GUESTS: We don’t allow gatherings, small parties, pre-gaming or after parties in our home. If there are 4 people on your reservation, only 4 people should be inside the apartment. If you are planning to have guests, please contact us to let us know as we need to let the association know how guests are inside this unit. If neighbors report extra guests to us, you may be asked to leave without a refund for nights not stayed. NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND. Please respect the neighbors, and do not make significant noise or play loud music after 10pm. If a guest loses a front door key during their stay there is $125 fee & Garage fob $200 fee. Do not take any house any Glasses, Plates or utensils out of the house. Do not use Bath or Hand towels for wiping make-up. SOFA: Please do not sit on Sofa or Living-room Chair without clothing or shirtless. The Sofa is a pull out so please do not sleep on top of the cushions. Remove sand from the beach before entering building. *DRYER: Please clean the lint trap after use so the dryer doesn’t overheat.
