Inside, the king bedroom and queen bedroom sit at opposite ends of the floor plan, each near its own full bath, so two couples or a family spread out without crossing paths. The living room's queen sofa bed handles guests five and six, and the open kitchen's bar counter keeps the cook in the room. Spills, breaks, and other small stuff: If you break a glass please let us know so we can replace it for the next guests, you will not be charged for little things! If you spill on the couch or rugs or a bad stain on the sheets, please send us a message with a photo so our cleaners can be prepared and make it like new for the next guests or our family when we come and stay! Is a light out? Let us know! Communication is key! ELECTRICITY! When checking in and wanting to use the AC, please put the setting to auto and not running. “Auto” will cool the unit and shut off and on when needed. Running the thermostat on “ON” will waste electricity and cause sky high utility bills. When checking out please shut OFF the AC. Also do not leave windows and doors open for any extended period of time while AC is running. If so $200 surcharge will be applied. SMOKING: $350 AUTOMATIC FINE TAKEN FROM SECURITY DEPOSIT. Please don’t smoke on the balcony, In the unit or in the hallway. The apartment is a smoke free apartment, NO MARIJUANA or CIGARETTES Smoking is allowed. Smell of any type of smoke inside the unit with result in a reduction of your security deposit. EXTRA GUESTS: We don’t allow gatherings, small parties, pre-gaming or after parties in our home. If there are 4 people on your reservation, only 4 people should be inside the apartment. If you are planning to have guests, please contact us to let us know as we need to let the association know how guests are inside this unit. If neighbors report extra guests to us, you may be asked to leave without a refund for nights not stayed. NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND. Please respect the neighbors, and do not make significant noise or play loud music after 10pm. If a guest loses a front door key during their stay there is $125 fee & Garage fob $200 fee. Do not take any house any Glasses, Plates or utensils out of the house. Do not use Bath or Hand towels for wiping make-up. SOFA: Please do not sit on Sofa or Living-room Chair without clothing or shirtless. The Sofa is a pull out so please do not sleep on top of the cushions. Remove sand from the beach before entering building. *DRYER: Please clean the lint trap after use so the dryer doesn’t overheat.

Street parking is paid. • Garage entry has a manual button inside, in addition to the remote clicker. • Beach gear is stored in the garage, across from parking spot #1. • We keep a quiet building, with quiet hours from 10 PM. Guests looking for restful nights love it here; groups planning late nights will be happier elsewhere. • The building is a classic art deco 5-story walk-up with an elevator, it carries the styling but was built in the early 2000s. • The Nespresso takes original line pods, not Vertuo, so bring yours from home or grab them nearby. • A refundable $350 security deposit is collected after booking and is not included in your Airbnb total. • A smoke detector and decibel monitor is installed out of care for neighbours. • The condo is professionally cleaned between stays, with beach towels and starter supplies ready on arrival.
